By accessing and purchasing from Suvvi Coffee, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:
- Minor packaging variations may occur
- We do not guarantee that colors displayed on screens will exactly match the actual product packaging
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Limitation of Liability
Belaku Nenapu Enterprises shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Health reactions due to individual allergies
- Misuse or improper storage of the product
Customers are advised to store coffee powder in a cool, dry place and consume it before the expiry date.
6. Intellectual Property
All brand names, logos, content, images, and packaging designs of Suvvi Coffee are the intellectual property of Belaku Nenapu Enterprises.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
