1. Shipping Charges

A shipping charge of INR 50.00 is applicable for orders below INR 500
Orders of INR 500 and above qualify for free shipping

2. Delivery Address

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery of Suvvi Coffee products (coffee powder) will be made to the address specified by the buyer at the time of placing the order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders will be processed for shipping only after successful payment and confirmation of the transaction.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver Suvvi Coffee products within India only.

5. Delivery Timelines

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are:

2–3 working days within Bengaluru
3–5 working days within Karnataka
7–14 working days across India

7. Delayed or Missed Deliveries

In case of delayed or undelivered shipments:

Tracking will be initiated with the courier partner after 3 days from dispatch
