Cancellation policy

Suvvi Coffee (A Brand of Belaku Nenapu Enterprises)

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled only if all the following conditions are met:

• Cancellation request is made within 4 hours of placing the order
• The order has not yet been dispatched

Note: Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Order Cancellation by Company

Suvvi Coffee reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Stock unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Force majeure events (such as natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen disruptions)

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
