Suvvi Coffee (A Brand of Belaku Nenapu Enterprises)

1. Nature of Product

Suvvi Coffee sells packaged coffee powder, which is a consumable food product. Due to hygiene and safety standards, returns are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.


2. Non-Returnable Items

All coffee powder products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, except in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • The package is tampered with
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

3. Reporting Damages

Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery through the following channels:

Required details for complaint submission:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product and outer packaging
  • Description of the issue

4. Refund Process

If the claim is verified and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, OR
  • A replacement product will be shipped (as decided by the company)

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.


5. No Refund Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change in taste preference
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services beyond our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the custome
